VoiceGuard E-Learning Curriculum: Whistleblower Protection Systems in the EU

Purpose of the Questionnaire

Before beginning the e-learning programme, participants are invited to complete this inception or baseline questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire is to assess participants’:

• professional background,
• prior knowledge,
• confidence levels,
• organizational context,
• perceived challenges related to whistleblower protection systems.

The baseline assessment supports:

• identification of learning needs,
• adaptation and improvement of training methodologies,
• evaluation of participant progression throughout the course,
• and better understanding of operational realities across participating countries and sectors.

The questionnaire is intended for educational and quality assurance purposes only.
